Exterior Painting

The exterior of your home is the first impression of your property that someone forms. Exterior painting is a bit more involved than interior. 


​Inspection

We thoroughly inspect the exterior for damage, rot & mold. It may be necessary to replace & repair rotted or overly damaged areas.


Landscaping

The landscaping will be carefully protected/ covered while power washing. If present landscaping ground area is dry we lightly soak the ground in areas around the house with clean water. This is where chemicals may be washed into the soil. Soaking helps to greatly minimize the amount of chemicals the root systems will absorb. 

​Landscaping will be very lightly covered during painting to avoid debris, paint particles or drips.

We approach the project with a steady hand and an eye for detail. Our goal is to provide the best service available.

 
Final Inspection

​A final inspection is performed upon completion. Every exterior is variable as is the weather, even though every professional painter seeks to avoid problems in the finished surface, minor unforeseen problems may arise. The final inspection provides us with a close look to insure a quality finish has been achieved.
