​Commercial Exterior


Inspection​
We thoroughly inspect the exterior for damage, rust, rot & mold. It may be necessary to replace & repair rotted or overly damaged areas.

​We can repair rusted areas, and damaged masonry if needed.


Landscaping
The landscaping will be carefully protected/ covered while power washing. If present landscaping ground area is dry we lightly soak the ground in areas around the building with clean water. This is where chemicals may be washed into the soil. Soaking helps to greatly minimize the amount of chemicals the root systems will absorb. 

Landscaping will be very lightly covered during painting to avoid unsightly debris, paint particles or drips.

Painting
We approach the project with a steady hand and an eye for detail. Our goal is to provide the best service available.

Final Inspection
A final inspection is performed upon completion. Imperfections are noted and touched-up. The project area will be cleaned up carefully, we take care not to leave behind unsightly debris or materials.
